On one hand, she's got a point; with the world in dire need of saving, even school is kind of an unnecessary distraction.

She seems a little power mad.

What the heck? The girl is out of control!

Yeesh. The "dark" side of light and color, it seems...
Well hey, it's a logical conclusion! If your monsters-of-the-day aren't going to be courteous enough to destroy your school well then, you gotta take matters into your own hands! Go for it June!! Burn it down!!

@vaslittlecrow: Indeed. I'd be hard-pressed, though, to find a kid who didn't wish they could destroy their school at some point.

@groovykinda: You know, I originally listed this thing as an affectionate parody on TVtropes, but there's a pretty distinct lack of affection. I should probably change that trope.

@NitztheBloody: And yet this is one of the brightest pages I've done. Funny how that turned out.

@Charil: Haha, I was hoping somebody would realize that! This does complicate matters a bit now, doesn't it?
Oh Dear. She's going all Dark Phoenix. And Leopold seems entirely incapable of talking her down. I have to say even though he's dealing with a difficult student, he's not doing great as a mentor at this point.

@Hjels: No arguments there. This whole thing might have gone differently if he hadn't been MIA with Cordelia earlier.

Even if he hadn't been with Cordelia, June still would've gone off. Remember, Cordelia had nothing to do with the banana monster.

@groovykinda: Not necessarily. The octonana isn't even a Monochrome, so if he'd at least been around to tell her that sooner, she might not have bothered using her powers at all before pummeling it with her bare hands.
