I can't even tell you how much revision that top panel went through because I just couldn't decide on a background to save my life. I hope you all like nebulae, because that's what you get when I run out of ideas.

I loved the background too. If it's divine intervention stopping her ax-crazy rampage, a nebula is an appropriate backdrop.

@groovykinda: I actually did my homework on those eyes. Namely, the pupils--as it turns out, they tend to dilate when someone passes out. Science!

@NitztheBloody: I'm not-so-secretly a little obsessed with nebulae. This probably isn't the last time one will be featured in this comic or any other comics I do in the future.
What does it for me is something as simple as the angle on her left foot. That alone illustrates the kind of physical strain she's under. Nice fade back to grey as well. I really want to know what's happening. And who shouted "enough!"
