To make up for June's silence, the page is incredibly loud in an entirely different way.

And it even ends in "visual silence" for poor June, as all the color and background melt away. Well done.

woah, acid trip

I don't know if this is what you had in mind, but I got a real "strobe effect" vibe from this page as colors morph in a flash. I hope so, because I liked it a lot that way.

I was also totally taken with the dramatic pose in Panel 6, even though it seems to have been a mistake..... And that's a great fade to....white....

@NitztheBloody: Serves her right for using the Artist Doesn't Feel Like Doing a Background Today spell. What did she expect was gonna happen?

@schlissel: Remember kids, drugs are bad unless they make you look cool.

@Delta-v: The colors are meant to look unstable, so strobe is probably a good comparison. Glad it comes across!

I just love panel 6 to pieces. And the way you work through colors to get to white.
And the fact that it's wordless-June is just trying to do something.
Something important.
Something so important that she's attempting it without complaining.

The eyes of June are too powerful. I can't seem to beat her in a staring contest >:(

@GroovyKinda: After five chapters, she's finally starting to grow a clue. Seems like her magic skills aren't as up to snuff as she'd like, though. If only there had been some sort of mentor or magical creature with wings she could have listened to and learned how to get things done...

@JDPftw: She will NEVER blink.
