Well, how else would you pass the time?

Road Trip! @melaredblu: Dropping Randall off the side and counting the seconds until he lands?
It's great to see the whole gang again. Poor June. Just look at her body language in 2 and 5.
And May, don't ever change. Speaking of change, is that a new font?
Oh, and I love the title!

At least they're keeping their spirits up. Love how they're all bookended by the dire sisters Cordelia and June on each end too.

Poor June. Even her daydreams are nightmares. She should talk to Leopold--he has a good head on his shoulders. Most of the time.....

@GroovyKinda: Randall might actually fall for a pretty long time, being that it's a void and all.
It's not a new font, but the spacing and sizing are different than the usual. I'm still getting a hang of MangaStudio's dialog tools.

@Hjels: Let's face it, it's probably the smartest possible thing for those two to be on opposite ends of the central vac.

Reply melaredblu, June 18th, 2014, 10:53 pm

@Delta-v: Oh, but that would take time away from all the brooding she's planning to do.

Reply Delta-v, June 18th, 2014, 11:09 pm

@melaredblu: Ah, of course, I missed the clues. By the way, is that a streetlamp floating on it's own little island?

Reply melaredblu, June 18th, 2014, 11:11 pm

@Delta-v: Yep, conveniently placed to provide a light source for just this particular occasion.

The greyscale art is really beautiful here, and has a surprising amount of variety. Not that our heroes are in the mood to appreciate it.

@melaredblu: Tag! Oh wait, maybe that's not the best idea.

Reply melaredblu, June 19th, 2014, 9:52 pm

@NitztheBloody: I've been wondering if the greys are too uniform and whether I should mix some hints of warm and cool, but in this comic, any amount of color would actually be a plot hole, so I try to make do with the limits I have. I'm glad to hear the grey isn't too monotonous (figuratively).

Reply melaredblu, June 19th, 2014, 9:53 pm

@JDPftw: They tried that earlier, but it was kind of a short game.

Reply GroovyKinda, June 21st, 2014, 5:15 pm

@melaredblu: The gray works beautifully.
Especially in that haunting first panel.

Reply melaredblu, June 22nd, 2014, 3:14 am

@GroovyKinda: That panel was my favorite to draw. It was, however, kind of hard to paint a black eye without cheating and resorting to color burn. I gotta stop relying on that tool now that I've got some actual brushes to play with.
